That's why we offer next day delivery clothing to certain locations for those who don't want to wait, plus a range of inexpensive delivery options if you're not in a hurry. While Peppermayo is based in Australia, we ship to babes across the world, from New Zealand to the USA and Canada, Europe, Asia and pretty much everywhere in-between.
General Delivery Info
Delivery timeframes begin once the carrier has received the package and scanned the item into their system. Please note that the timeframe only includes business days and excludes weekends and public holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to military addresses at this time.
Public Holidays
Business days do not include public holidays. Please allow an extra day for each public or national holiday.
Weekends & Mondays
We typically don't work on weekends, so for orders made on the weekend or Monday with Standard Delivery, please allow an extra day for delivery.
Sale Periods
There may be a delay of up to 1-3 business days during our sale period.
Tracking
Once your order is packed and en route to you, we will send you an email with a tracking number with tracking instructions.
Please note that all same-day delivery orders are updated with tracking information between 3:30-5:30pm.
